Additional Notes
Strangely the backcover & lyrics sheet have the original vinyl album A/B-sides order/sequence flipped. Original vinyl album A-side tracks (01-05) were flipped with the B-side tracks (06-10). So B-side first (06-10) then the A-side (01-05).
